Returns

On our website we try to describe each product as accurately as possible. However, it might be the case, you are not saitsfied with your order. If that is the case, you have the option to return your order within 60 days. The trial period starts on the day after receipt of the product.

Requirements

During the trial period you must handle the product and packaging with care. You should only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you want to return the item, it must be in its original condition and packaging. The package must also be properly sealed.

The costs for returning the shipment are for your own account.

If we receive a return that does not comply with these requirements, we are forced to charge costs for this.

Return procedure

Step 1:

Step 2:

Select which products you want to return, choose a reason and add a feedback.

Step 3:

You will find the return address on the return form. Print the return form and add it to the returns box. Return the package to us.

Step 4:
As soon as we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the amount due as soon as possible (within 30 days).
