When will my order be shipped?
We try our hardest to deliver your order within 1-2 business days. In the event that you have also pre-ordered from our new collection or when you have ordered temporary out of stock items, then we wait with shipping until we can ship the complete order.

How can I receive an order when I'm not home?
You can choose the deliver your order at another address (family, friends, neighbors,...) and pick it up there. When you are not home at the moment of delivery, your parcel will be delivered to a parcel point.

What if my package could not be delivered?
Could your parcel not be delivered? Then it is usually forwarded to a parcel point, you will receive notification of this from the delivery service. In some cases the parcel will be returned directly to us. You do not collect your parcel from the parcel point indicated? Then it will also be returned to us. In all cases, we will refund you the amount of the items not received. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

What if my package is incomplete?
It is of course very inconvenient if not all the products you ordered have arrived. We carry out careful checks when sending orders. If something is still missing, please report this to our customer service. Please make sure you keep the shipping packaging. When we receive a report, we check it against the shipping weight. If the shipment weights are correct, we may ask you to report a complaint to the carrier (or we will do it for you, if possible).

Who delivers my package?
Orders to the Netherlands or Belgium are shipped with PostNL. To other countries we ship with UPS.

How can I trace my package?
As soon as we send your package, you will receive an email with a Track and Trace link.

What are the shipping costs?
For the Netherlands and Belgium we have free shipping costs for orders higher than €50,-. For an order lower than €50,-, the shipping costs are  €4,95. The shipping costs differ per country and the value of the order.  See on the right the overview per country.
