When is my order accepted?
After confirming your order, you will receive an email with order confirmation. From that moment on the order is accepted!

Can I order a product that is not (yet) in stock?
Yes, our new collection can be pre-ordered in the spring or autumn. If a product is not (yet) in stock, this will be indicated with the product and in the shopping cart. If you have ordered products from the new collection we will wait with shipping until the complete order is in stock.

I made a mistake, can I still change my order?
As long as you have not confirmed your order, you can make changes and remove or add products to your shopping cart.
PLEASE NOTE: After confirmation you can no longer make changes, if you still wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible via service@meycobaby.com.

What should I do if my order is damaged?
We check the items before shipping and ensure proper packaging. Check your package immediately after receiving it!

Do not accept packages that are noticeable damaged during transportation. If you notice the damage later on, please inform us about it via service@meycobaby.com.

Is payment safe?
The transactions are secured by the payment system Mollie. All information exchanged for payment execution is PCI-DSS level 1 certified. This data cannot be traced, intercepted or used by third parties. They are not stored in our computer systems either.
